Manager, Enterprise Implementation - Core

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Enterprise Implementation - Core to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead a team responsible for complex enterprise implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong customer outcomes across high-value accounts. You will partner closely with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to align execution, resolve escalations, and create a seamless end-to-end experience. The position also combines people leadership with process improvement, helping the organization scale efficiently while strengthening team performance and accountability. Location: Remote Compensation: $109,480 – $165,600 annually

Responsibilities

Manage team performance and drive results across KPIs and OKRs Own executive-level stakeholder relationships and resolve escalations for at-risk accounts Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Customer Success for seamless operations Coach consultants through complex technical implementations and logistics Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and automation Lead by example and foster an energizing team culture Champion the organization’s cultural principles as the team scales globally Hire and develop an inclusive, high-performing team Qualifications 4+ years managing a services team with complex enterprise deployments Experience with medium- or high-touch account management or implementations, preferably in SaaS or IoT/hardware Strong work ethic and prioritization skills in a demanding environment Proven ability to manage escalations and executive relationships on high-value accounts Familiarity with customer success CRMs like Gainsight and PSA tools Solutions-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Project/program management experience; PMP or similar is a plus Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
