Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers and automation professionals Design, develop, and deliver automation and AI-driven solutions for clients Build and improve modern development workflows and automation frameworks Partner with leadership to shape the team's technical direction and growth Contribute hands-on to development projects and technical problem solving Support the implementation of AI technologies, including automation and RAG-based solutions Drive innovation and help identify new opportunities for clients About You 5-7+ years of software development experience Recent experience working with automation technologies and AI-driven solutions Previous management, team leadership, or technical lead experience Comfortable remaining hands-on with coding and architecture Experience building automation workflows, integrations, and scalable systems Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and modern AI tooling is highly desirable A creative, adaptable problem-solver who can think beyond traditional corporate processes Location This role is fully remote within the United States.
