We are looking to fill five management opportunities with driven individuals ready to learn our insurance systems, develop their sales skills, and lead a team. Whether you have sales experience or are entering the industry, we provide training throughout the process. Overview
What You’ll Do Connect with prospective clients remotely to understand their life insurance needs. Explain insurance products, benefits, and coverage options clearly. Help clients evaluate coverage suited to their needs. Build client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up. Manage your schedule, sales pipeline, and client records. Learn and use Instant Insurance’s internal systems and sales processes. Participate in ongoing sales, skills, and leadership training. Stay informed about product updates and applicable compliance requirements. In a management role, support and develop a team assigned to you or one you build. Self-starters who can work independently and stay organized remotely. People comfortable using digital communication and sales-tracking tools.
