We're passionate about building relationships, thinking outside the box, and creating marketing that feels personal and authentic. We believe the little things matter, great ideas deserve great execution, and there's almost always a creative solution worth exploring. The OpportunityAre you equal parts organized and creative? Do you love a beautifully designed Canva graphic just as much as a perfectly organized project timeline? We're looking for someone who brings the perfect balance of operations and creativity. Our ideal Marketing & Project Coordinator is someone who can take a big idea, break it into actionable steps, keep everyone moving, and help bring it to life creatively. One minute, you might be organizing deadlines for multiple client campaigns. The next, you might design a beautiful invitation, brainstorm a client appreciation gift, or find a creative way to make an event extra special. You'll work closely with our founder, helping manage projects, anticipate needs, create marketing materials, and keep the day-to-day details running smoothly. We're looking for someone who doesn't need to be told every next step. You see what needs to happen, take initiative, and find a way to get it done. What You'll DoThe Operations Side Coordinate multiple client projects, timelines, and deliverables. Maintain organized project management systems and workflows. Anticipate deadlines, identify potential roadblocks, and keep projects moving. Help the founder stay organized, focused, and accountable. Track outstanding tasks, approvals, and follow-ups. Create processes that improve efficiency and keep things running smoothly. Communicate proactively with clients, vendors, and team members. The Creative Side Design polished, engaging marketing materials using Canva. Assist with social media content, email campaigns, newsletters, presentations, and event promotions. Brainstorm fresh marketing ideas and creative approaches. Help plan thoughtful client events, appreciation initiatives, and memorable experiences. Bring creative solutions to challenges instead of settling for what can't be done. Ensure marketing materials are visually appealing, accurate, and consistent with each client's brand. The People Side Help create exceptional client experiences through thoughtful details and personal touches. Coordinate gifts, celebrations, special occasions, and client appreciation efforts. Look for little opportunities to go above and beyond. You'll Be a Great Fit If...You're the organized creative. You love systems, lists, timelines, and details, but you also have a creative eye and enjoy bringing ideas to life. You're naturally proactive. You think three steps ahead and rarely need someone to remind you what comes next. You're a solution finder. Your first response to a challenge isn't "Sorry, we can't do that." It's "Let's figure out another way." You bring positive energy. You're upbeat, encouraging, adaptable, and genuinely enjoy what you do. You love loving on people. You remember birthdays, celebrate wins, notice the little things, and enjoy making others feel special. You're exceptionally detail-oriented. You catch the wrong date, broken link, inconsistent font, or missing information before anyone else does. You're comfortable managing up. You can confidently remind the founder about deadlines, help prioritize competing projects, and speak up when something needs attention. You're independent and resourceful. Working remotely comes naturally to you. You communicate well, take ownership, and don't need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done. You enjoy variety. You can move between creative work, project coordination, and client support without missing a beat.
