Marketing Coordinator
Marketing Coordinator Contract Duration: 12 months Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Experience: 2.5–5 years Employment Type: Contract
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support integrated marketing campaigns, marketing operations, and time-sensitive communications. This is a hands-on, junior-level opportunity for someone with experience in digital marketing and campaign coordination who enjoys organizing projects, collaborating across teams, and ensuring marketing initiatives run smoothly. You will work closely with teams across brand, growth, lifecycle marketing, creative, and communications to coordinate campaign timelines, manage deliverables, track approvals, and support the execution of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing campaigns, calendars, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams. Track creative assets, content, approvals, and launch schedules to ensure campaigns are delivered on time. Support digital marketing initiatives across channels such as email, websites, and social media. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure campaign materials are ready for launch. Assist with time-sensitive, rapid-response communications when priorities change or urgent needs arise. Support the coordination of stories, content, and filming logistics for marketing communications. Help document and improve workflows, templates, processes, and handoffs to make campaign execution more efficient. Identify opportunities to streamline manual tasks using available tools and AI-enabled workflows. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and proactive communication. Required Qualifications 2.5–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, campaign execution, or marketing project coordination. Experience coordinating campaigns, tracking deliverables, and managing deadlines across multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and integrated campaign execution. Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and follow-through skills. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with an interest in improving marketing processes. Comfort with hands-on coordination and execution responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a technology, digital-first, or consumer-focused organization. Familiarity with project management and marketing collaboration tools such as Asana, Airtable, Monday.com, or similar platforms. Exposure to AI tools or automation for improving workflows and reducing manual work. Experience coordinating creative production, agency deliverables, or time-sensitive campaigns. Important Details This is a 12-month contract position with a full-time, 40-hour workweek. The role is best suited for a developing marketing professional who enjoys hands-on coordination and operational execution rather than a senior marketing strategy or channel-ownership position. Occasional weekend support may be required for urgent, time-sensitive communications.
