Role Description The Marketing Director is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy, planning, and execution across the organization. This role oversees the development of integrated marketing plans, manages campaigns across multiple channels, and ensures alignment with business objectives and revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing market research efforts, analyzing performance data, refining positioning and messaging, and collaborating closely with sales, product, and leadership teams. The Marketing Director will manage and mentor marketing team members, oversee budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure consistent brand representation in all external communications. This role also involves identifying new market opportunities, optimizing the marketing funnel, and presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Ability to develop and oversee Market Planning and Marketing strategy to support business goals. Demonstrated experience in Marketing Management and leading cross-functional marketing initiatives. Background in Marketing and Sales collaboration to drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention. Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring marketing teams in a remote or distributed environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
