Marketing Intern
About the role HireMe is building a different way to get hired. Instead of applying to hundreds of jobs, candidates create one profile, show employers what they can do and what they want next, and let companies come to them. We're building our first growth team and looking for Growth Interns who want to help get HireMe in front of more people. Your main goal is simple: help grow HireMe's audience, engagement, and number of candidates using the platform. We're starting with LinkedIn. You'll help us create content people actually want to read, join relevant conversations, experiment with different ideas, and learn what gets people interested enough to create a HireMe profile. This is not a sit-in-meetings, make-slides role. We want people who are creative, pay attention to what's happening online, and are willing to test ideas. What you'll do Write approximately 2 original LinkedIn post drafts per week for the HireMe company page Send your drafts directly to HireMe's founder for review and posting Find interesting LinkedIn conversations around hiring, job searching, recruiting, AI, early-career jobs, startups, and the workplace Help HireMe engage with relevant posts and conversations Comment thoughtfully from your personal LinkedIn profile after adding HireMe to your LinkedIn experience Help identify posts, trends, topics, and conversations HireMe should respond to Experiment with different hooks, opinions, formats, and content styles to see what drives engagement Help turn that engagement into real HireMe users and completed candidate profiles Use HireMe yourself and give direct feedback on what is confusing, frustrating, or could be improved Bring your own growth ideas to the table Not every post needs to advertise HireMe. Some of the best content may simply be interesting, funny, useful, or opinionated commentary about careers, hiring, and work. What we're looking for Current college student, recent graduate, or early-career professional Strong writer Spend time on LinkedIn or understand what makes people stop scrolling Can write like a real person rather than a corporate marketing account Creative and willing to experiment Pay attention to trends and conversations online Self-motivated and consistent Interested in startups, marketing, careers, recruiting, social media, or growth Want hands-on experience helping grow an early-stage company No previous marketing or startup experience is required. Good judgment, creativity, strong writing, and consistency matter more. Details Remote Approximately 3โ5 hours per week Flexible around school, work, and other commitments Work directly with HireMe's founder Small initial growth team Opportunity to take on more responsibility as HireMe grows
