Martech Testing Lead 6 Month Duration Location: Remote 8+ years of Quality Assurance and Testing experience. · 5+ years leading enterprise-scale testing programs. · Strong experience in Adobe Experience Cloud platforms. · Experience with: o Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) o Adobe Campaign Classic / Campaign v8 o Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) o RTCDP o Adobe Journey Optimizer o Offer Decisioning o Adobe Analytics / CJA Test Strategy & Leadership · Create test plans, test approaches, test schedules, and release validation checkpoints. · Co-ordinate with other stakeholders to drive and close testing Adobe Campaign Testing · Validate personalization and dynamic content rendering. Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & RTCDP Testing · Validate data ingestion processes from source systems. · Test XDM schema implementation and mapping accuracy. · Verify identity resolution and profile stitching processes. · Validate customer profile creation and updates. Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Testing · Validate customer journey orchestration workflows. · Test event-triggered customer interactions. · Validate suppression and frequency management logic. Integration Testing · Validate integrations among: o AEM o Adobe Campaign o AEP o AJO o Adobe Analytics o CRM platforms o CDPs o Data warehouses o APIs o External marketing system Years of Experience: 10.00 Years of Experience
