Mental health therapist - Minneapolis, Minnesota remote or hybrid 1099 psychotherapist

Solstice Therapy and Wellness is seeking a fully licensed mental health therapist for outpatient private practice therapy. Schedule is flexible (6-30+ sessions per week), and position can be fully remote or hybrid in Minneapolis (office is in South Minneapolis). Must be fully licensed (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LP) in Minnesota, however therapist can work from any private location with reliable internet connection. This is a 1099 independent contractor therapist position with a split between 80% contractor/20% Solstice or 70% Contractor/30% Solstice depending on your referral needs, office space needs, and experience. Split rate can improve over time. We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Partners, Cigna, Optum (United Healthcare, UMR, Surest, Medica), UCARE, Medical Assistance. Training in EMDR, ART, IFS, or brainspotting preferred but not required. This position would be a great fit for a therapist who likes to work more independently. Therapist would be responsible for psychotherapy sessions, and maintaining accurate and timely psychotherapy notes, diagnostic assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA and insurance requirements.
