Merchandising Recruiter- Remote

About the RoleWe're looking for an Experienced Merchandising Recruiter to join our team and help us find top talent for our growing business.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience recruiting merchandisers in a remote capacity.In this role, you'll work closely with District Managers to understand staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with District Managers to identify hiring needs and role requirementsSource, screen, and interview candidates for merchandising positionsOnce hired, you will train the candidate on our internal systemBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified talentYou will report to the Director of Field OperationsQualificationsProven experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on merchandising, retail, or related roles.Prefer someone with upwards of 5 years experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple searches simultaneouslyWhy Join Us?Be part of a collaborative and supportive teamOpportunity to shape the future of our merchandising talent strategy.
