Meta Ads Specialist

XO The Agency is looking for a skilled Meta Ads Specialist to join our team on a remote, project-based basis. We’re seeking someone experienced in creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for a variety of clients.

Responsibilities

Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for results. Manage ad budgets, targeting, and audience selection. Provide performance updates and reporting as needed.

Qualifications

Experience running Facebook and Instagram ads through Meta Ads Manager. Knowledge of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and ad performance metrics. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
