Key Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Work directly with executive stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for AI automation, and translate requests into functional solutions. Develop conversational AI experiences and automated workflows that support business operations and decision-making. Leverage Microsoft Power Platform capabilities to extend agent functionality and improve business processes. Troubleshoot technical challenges, optimize agent performance, and refine solutions based on user feedback. Apply knowledge of healthcare operations, data, and workflows to develop solutions that address business needs. Communicate technical concepts, project progress, and recommendations clearly to executive and nontechnical audiences.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated hands-on experience developing and deploying AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Experience working with healthcare data, systems, and operational workflows. Strong understanding of conversational AI, generative AI, and agent-based automation. Experience developing AI agents that leverage enterprise data and support business workflows. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently translate loosely defined business requirements into working solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working directly with senior leadership. Ability to develop solutions with appropriate attention to security, data privacy, and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AI services, and enterprise data integrations. Experience developing AI solutions within healthcare delivery organizations. Background in technical consulting, solution architecture, or forward deployed engineering.
