Key Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated military scenarios for operational realism, tactical accuracy, and sound decision-making. Review military operational plans, tactical assessments, and combat operations scenarios for accuracy and consistency. Assess military decision-making processes, including mission planning, resource allocation, situational awareness, and operational constraints. Evaluate scenarios involving military intelligence, threat assessment, force protection, and operational coordination. Review the application of Rules of Engagement (ROE) and the Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC) within relevant military scenarios. Identify factual inaccuracies, inconsistencies, unsupported assumptions, and gaps in operational reasoning. Provide clear, structured, and evidence-based written feedback to explain findings and recommend corrections. Maintain consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail when reviewing multiple scenarios and written assessments.

Required Qualifications

Current or former military service with relevant operational experience. Demonstrated knowledge of military operations, tactical decision-making, and operational planning. Experience evaluating military situations, operational scenarios, or mission-related decisions. Understanding of military terminology, procedures, operational constraints, and decision-making principles. Strong written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical assessments clearly and concisely. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based environment.
