Mobile Crisis Rapid Response Clinician
Northern Human Services is seeking Mobile Crisis Clinicians to become part of our Mobile Crisis and Emergency Services team. This role supports individuals experiencing acute mental health crises, including suicide risk, by providing clinical assessment, intervention, and coordination of care. This is a fully remote FT or PT positions available. Available Shifts (Weekdays and Weekends)
- Mid Shift: 3:30 pm to 9:30 pm
- Overnight Shift: 7:30 pm to 7:30 am
Key Responsibilities
- Provide crisis coverage for seven regional hospitals and respond to community deployments through the Mobile Crisis Access Point
- Conduct crisis assessments for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use emergencies
- Evaluate suicide risk and determine appropriate level of care
- Provide crisis counseling and stabilization interventions
- Coordinate with emergency departments, law enforcement, hospitals, and community providers
- Document assessments and clinical decisions in accordance with program standards
Qualifications
- Mental health clinical license in New Hampshire preferred (LICSW, LCMHC, MLADC, or equivalent)
- License Eligible candidates with appropriate clinical education and supervision eligibility will be considered
- Experience in crisis intervention, emergency services, or behavioral health strongly preferred
- Ability to make sound clinical decisions in high pressure situations
- Strong documentation and communication skills

- Ability to respond to staffing needs and fill shifts on short notice
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace for remote crisis work
