FieldFlow dispatches notarization work to independent, commissioned mobile notaries. You accept the jobs you want, drive to the signer, verify identity, complete the journal entry and upload the finished packet from your phone. Payment is released after the appointment is documented and reviewed. FieldFlow is actively onboarding mobile notarys in Houston, TX and the surrounding metro. Work is independent contractor based — you set your service radius and availability, and accept only the assignments you want. What you will do
- Verify signer identity and complete state-compliant journal entries
- Notarize loan, immigration, estate and general legal documents on location
- Capture geo-stamped proof of service in the FieldFlow app
- Keep your commission, bond and E&O coverage current
What you need
- Active notary commission in the state you serve
- Notary bond and errors & omissions coverage
- Reliable vehicle, smartphone and printer/scanner
- Clean background check
