Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) / Technical Program Manager (TPM)
A REMOTE Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) Technical Program Manager (TPM) job is currently available at Belcan. This is a full-time direct position with benefits. In this role, you will coordinate and support a portfolio of Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) and digital transformation initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and information technology organizations. You will be responsible for integrated planning, dependency management, stakeholder coordination, organizational change management, governance, executive reporting, and adoption planning. The ideal candidate combines strong program management and organizational change management capabilities with working knowledge of MBE, Model-Based Definition (MBD), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Digital Engineering, and Digital Thread concepts. You will work closely with technical SMEs, engineering teams, manufacturing organizations, and executive leadership to help drive successful transformation outcomes and enterprise adoption. Job Duties: Develop and maintain integrated portfolio schedules, roadmaps, and execution plans across multiple MBE initiatives. Identify, track, and coordinate cross-project dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation activities. Facilitate governance reviews, leadership briefings, technical review meetings, and milestone assessments. Develop and maintain executive status reporting, portfolio dashboards, and decision logs. Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, information technology, and program organizations. Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness evaluations. Develop and coordinate communications, training, and adoption support activities. Define and monitor adoption metrics, utilization indicators, and benefits realization measures. Collaborate with technical SMEs to identify implementation risks and transformation barriers. Support continuous improvement of Model-Based Enterprise and Digital Engineering business processes. Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship required. Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Program Management, Organizational Change Management, or related technical discipline 5+ years of experience leading technical programs, transformation initiatives, or cross-functional projects. Experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, organizations, and dependencies. Experience with program planning, risk management, issue management, executive reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Experience supporting organizational change management, business transformation, or technology adoption efforts. Working knowledge of Model-Based Enterprise (MBE), Digital Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Model-Based Definition (MBD), Digital Thread, or related disciplines. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting MBE, MBD, Digital Engineering, or Digital Thread initiatives. Experience with PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, or similar systems. Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, quality, or supply chain organizations. Compensation: We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $160,000-$190,000 Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
