- Proven Monday.com implementation experience
- Strong background in:
- Workflow design
- Automation
- Enterprise project management platforms
- Ability to deliver documentation and knowledge transfer
- Comfortable working with leadership and large stakeholder groups ( 55 managers) Job Description: The consultant(s) will be responsible for:
- Configuring the Monday.com platform to Southern Company Gas specifications
- Designing workflows, automations, and best practice project structures
- Supporting enterprise level project phases:
- Project management & planning
- Instructional design
- Training delivery
- Change management and enablement
- Providing:
- Configuration documentation
- Knowledge transfer
- Transition support post rollout Once implementation is complete, Southern Company Gas will own and manage the platform internally. Interview Process: 1 panel interview.
