Newly licensed and experienced professionals are welcome to learn more about the role, available resources, and onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Assist borrowers with mortgage applications and required documentation. Communicate mortgage options and explain the loan process. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners. Coordinate with loan processors and other professionals to support loan progress. Maintain accurate records and follow up on client inquiries. Follow applicable mortgage regulations, licensing standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
Active NMLS license and applicable state licensing, as required. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Mortgage, sales, or financial services experience is beneficial. Ability to work independently and manage client relationships. Newly licensed MLOs are welcome to inquire about available opportunities. Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
