Newly licensed and experienced Loan Officers are welcome to explore the opportunity and learn about available training, technology, and business support resources.
Responsibilities
Assist borrowers throughout the mortgage application process. Explain mortgage options and documentation requirements. Build relationships with borrowers, Realtors, and referral partners. Coordinate with processors and other professionals throughout the loan process. Maintain accurate client records and follow up on loan opportunities. Follow applicable licensing, lending, and compliance requirements. Participate in onboarding and professional development sessions.
Qualifications
Active MLO/NMLS license as required for the position and state. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Mortgage, sales, or financial services experience preferred. Ability to work independently and build professional relationships. Newly licensed Loan Officers are welcome to apply, subject to applicable requirements. Bilingual candidates are welcome.

Compensation
