Role: Mortgage Servicing Systems Analyst Location: Remote (US-Based) Type: 6-Month Contract (Extension Eligible) Are you a Technical Business Systems Analyst with deep data mapping expertise and mortgage servicing experience?
Key Responsibilities
Translate complex business needs into granular user stories, system specs, data requirements, and technical workflows. Lead source-to-target data mapping, gap analysis, and transformation logic for large-scale system conversions. Facilitate requirement workshops with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Data/Software Engineers. Perform root cause analysis, process optimization, and impact assessments for enterprise reporting architecture. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance across cross-functional data initiatives. Required Experience & Skills 4+ years as a Technical Business Analyst Domain Expertise: Experience in mortgage servicing software Technical Proficiency: Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing environments. Data Mapping: Proven track record with source-to-target mapping, data cleansing, and transformation rules.
