About The Role We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics & Animation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for a wide range of video campaigns, brand assets, and social media content. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating creative briefs and scripts into compelling animated sequences that captivate audiences and elevate brand storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong creative judgment, and the ability to seamlessly blend live-action footage with animation, VFX, and sound to craft cinematic experiences. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a flexible, remote environment where your creative vision directly influences client projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to brainstorm concepts, refine storyboards, and ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency across all deliverables. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or post-production within a creative agency or production studio Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator Strong VFX, compositing, and animation workflow expertise Knowledge of Final Cut Pro and CapCut is a plus Deep understanding of animation principles, video formats, codecs, and colour profiles A robust portfolio demonstrating advanced animation, motion graphics, and storytelling skills Creative versatility across different styles, from sleek corporate to bold and experimental Strong compositional instincts that unify typography, colour, and shape through motion Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various media Translate creative briefs and scripts into dynamic, emotive animated sequences Integrate live-action footage with animation, VFX, and sound elements to create polished cinematic experiences Utilize After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools to edit, composite, and build high-end animated content Collaborate with internal teams and clients to brainstorm ideas and refine storyboards Maintain adherence to work standards, including file organization, colour management, rendering, and platform-specific delivery Respond to feedback from creatives and clients by providing innovative solutions and revisions Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance the quality of work
