Position Overview

Your work will directly influence brand sentiment, crisis prevention, and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to public comments with sharp judgment, contextual awareness, and the brand’s authentic tone.
  • Manage direct messages (DMs) and private support conversations from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Utilize our CRM to review customer history, track cases, and document outcomes with clarity and precision.
  • Handle common customer service needs, including account and login support, subscription management, billing, refunds, cancellations, and retention conversations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot access, download, install, and “not working” issues, providing clear guidance or escalating when necessary.
  • Leverage AI‑assisted drafting tools to craft responses quickly while maintaining accuracy, empathy, and safety.
  • Follow established escalation paths for high‑risk issues, sensitive topics, and VIP situations.
  • Contribute to consistent quality across shifts—maintaining tone, accuracy, and decision‑making standards.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to relay insights and improve user experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current on platform updates, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social care, community management, CX support, or digital customer service.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral) and near‑native proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills—friendly, clear, and socially native.
  • Comfortable handling customer issues such as billing, subscriptions, access problems, and troubleshooting.
  • Proactive, independent problem‑solver who can find answers and resources without constant supervision.
  • Calm under pressure, confident in high‑visibility comment sections, and able to maintain composure during crises.
  • Organized, accountable, and consistent in delivering high‑quality work.
  • Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection.
  • Availability to work an 8‑hour shift (flexible within core hours).

Preferred Qualifications & Nice to Have

  • Experience with creative or technical digital products (design, photo/video editing, productivity tools, generative AI tools).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and social media tools such as Sprout, Sprinklr, or similar platforms.
  • Background in supporting subscription‑based or SaaS products.
  • Experience moderating and engaging in high‑volume social media environments.
  • Knowledge of brand protection strategies and sentiment analysis.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Passion for language and culture—understanding how nuance shapes brand perception.
  • Empathy and active listening skills that turn customer interactions into brand advocates.
  • Analytical mindset—able to spot patterns, identify risks, and propose actionable improvements.
  • Tech‑savvy attitude—quick to adopt new tools and integrate them into daily workflows.
  • Team spirit—collaborating across departments to deliver seamless brand experiences.
