We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise-scale networking and security solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring highly available network operations, strengthening cybersecurity posture, and supporting complex voice and data communications environments. Key Responsibilities
Design and Maintain Enterprise Network Infrastructure Architect, deploy, and support complex routing, switching, and network security solutions across distributed environments. Design highly available network infrastructures that support mission-critical operations and stringent uptime requirements. Configure and maintain enterprise routing, switching, and network segmentation technologies. Implement scalable network architectures that support future growth and evolving business needs. Optimize network performance, reliability, and capacity through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement. Strengthen Network Security and Cyber Resilience Design, implement, and maintain secure network environments that align with industry security standards and best practices. Manage firewall, VPN, segmentation, and access control technologies to protect critical infrastructure. Monitor and respond to security risks, vulnerabilities, and network threats. Support compliance initiatives and ensure alignment with established cybersecurity frameworks. Develop and maintain network security policies, procedures, and operational standards. Support Voice and Communication Systems Design and maintain enterprise voice and unified communications solutions. Ensure highly reliable communications infrastructure for critical operational environments. Troubleshoot complex voice and network integration issues. Support performance optimization and continuity planning for communications systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance communication capabilities and service quality. Lead Network Operations and Technical Support Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for complex network issues. Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions. Maintain comprehensive network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures. Lead network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives. Coordinate maintenance activities while minimizing operational impact. Drive Innovation and Infrastructure Modernization Evaluate emerging networking, cloud, and security technologies. Implement software-defined networking, virtualization, and automation solutions where appropriate. Support cloud connectivity and hybrid infrastructure strategies. Develop recommendations that improve availability, security, and operational efficiency. Participate in long-term technology planning and enterprise architecture initiatives. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in network engineering, architecture, or infrastructure operations. 5+ years of experience supporting network security technologies and enterprise security programs. Extensive expertise in enterprise routing, switching, network design, and troubleshooting. Strong experience with Cisco networking and security technologies. Knowledge of software-defined networking, secure remote connectivity, and WAN optimization solutions. Experience supporting both IPv4 and IPv6 environments. Strong understanding of network security principles, risk management, and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
