Unpaid Internship Opportunity At Electro, we're building the future of athlete-first hydration. Our functional electrolyte gum supports performance, focus, and recovery, and our team works with college and pro athletes across the country. This is an unpaid internship opportunity. Hiring an intern to help us grow our NIL ambassador program. The role mixes athlete outreach, social media, and CRM management across our athlete channels. Ideal Candidate ▸ Strong written English and communication skills. ▸ Sharp attention to detail and reliability with no mistakes in athlete onboarding. ▸ Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools. ▸ Comfortable doing cold outreach to college athletes. ▸ Organized and dependable with a strong work ethic. What This Role Looks Like ▸ Keep athlete records organized and up to date. ▸ Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks. ▸ Source college athletes on Instagram that fit the brand and add them to our outreach pipeline. ▸ Support athlete-led social content and help athletes post about the brand. ▸ Build outreach lists of college athletes by school, sport, and conference. ▸ Track athlete interactions in our CRM systems (Notion plus internal tools). ▸ Help onboard new athlete ambassadors into the program.
