NIL Brand Partnerships & Sports Marketing Intern

Unpaid Internship Opportunity Please note that this is an unpaid internship. The intern will be part of the team that runs Electro's NIL program day to day, from initial outreach through partner onboarding. Electro is a functional electrolyte chewing gum built for athletes. Each piece delivers electrolytes that support performance, focus, and recovery. We work with thousands of college athletes and more than one hundred professional athletes across the NBA and NFL. Responsibilities

Recruit new athlete partners and guide them through onboarding. Support NIL agreements from initial outreach to signed partnership. Manage daily follow-ups with athletes to keep partnerships progressing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date athlete records. Identify strong athlete content for potential use on Electro's channels. Respond to athlete messages daily with accuracy, speed, and professionalism. Build targeted lists of college athletes by school, sport, and conference. Skills and Experience Ability to manage a high volume of daily communication. Ability to commit a few hours each day on a flexible schedule. Basic understanding of NIL agreements (training is provided). Knowledge of college sports, including major programs and conferences. Organized, dependable, and committed to strong work habits.
