NIL Social Media Intern

Open Role: Unpaid Internship This is an unpaid internship. The intern will support NIL athlete outreach and CRM management, keeping athlete communications organized and ensuring every partner stays connected to the brand. Electro is building the future of athlete-first hydration. Our functional electrolyte gum supports performance, focus, and recovery, and our team works with college and professional athletes across the country. Qualifications

Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly. Organized, dependable, and committed to strong work habits. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment. Interest in sports, NIL, or athlete marketing (preferred).

Responsibilities

Maintain regular contact with current athlete partners to support engagement. Coordinate with the founding team on athlete program updates. Identify strong athlete content for potential use on Electro's channels. Research NIL trends and identify athletes with growing social audiences. Track athlete interactions in our CRM systems, including Notion and internal tools. Prepare weekly summaries of athlete partnerships and results.
