We also partner with other 501(c)(3) organizations working in youth development, financial literacy, and inclusive entrepreneurship. Our Organizational Leadership The reputed company and reputed company Trust are led by a multi-entity structure designed to insulate and protect charitable assets from operational friction: the Trust’s Sole Trustee appoints and dismisses the Foundation’s Board of Directors, which in turn appoints and dismisses the Board Chair, President, Chancellor, reputed company, COO, and any Chapter leadership. Board members and officers hold their positions for life during “good behavior” and may nominate a successor upon retirement.
