We are seeking detail-oriented, empathetic individuals to manage incoming donation calls for various non-profit pledge drives.This is a direct, measurable way to support vital organizations!Your Impact (What the Job Entails)Serve as the primary contact for individuals calling in to make pledges and donations.Articulate and share the mission and impact of our non-profit partners to inspire confidence.Ensure all donation processing is handled securely and accurately.Maintain a professional and clear communication style on every call.What We're Looking ForEducation :High school diploma or GED equivalent required.Skills :Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Experience :Proven success in a call center environment (6months virtual or 1year in-person).Traits :Self-motivated, highly organized, and team-focused.Technical & Legal RequirementsWorkstation :Must own and use a Windows 11 PC , a quality USB headset , and a reliable wired internet connection.Residency :Must reside in the U.S.(residents of CA, DE, LA, MA, SD, VT, WA, WV, WY are ineligible).Security :Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is mandatory.Compensation StructureCompetitive pay starting at $12-$15 / hour during the initial training and ramp-up.Increase to the target rate of $17.99 / hour upon meeting all qualification standards.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal communication skills Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency) Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (set your own schedule) Technical Requirements (MANDATORY to begin work) :Windows 11 OS Minimum 16 GB RAM (desktop or laptop) No Chromebooks or Apple computers Dual monitors (not needed at time of application) Noise-canceling USB headset (not needed at time of application) Hardwired internet connection (not needed at time of application).
