Nurse Practitioner - National After-Hours Team - Part Time - NY and PA Licensed (Fully Remote)

• Deliver compassionate after-hours care virtually, primarily by phone, to aging residents across multiple states.

• Act as the trusted voice and clinical partner for residents and facility staff during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve as first-line support and direct medical care over the phone using Curana's telephonic platform.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, document in EMR, and apply clinical protocols to support safe treatment in place.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialty providers to address acute, chronic, and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner with current unrestricted NP license in Pennsylvania and New York.
• Nurse Practitioner national certification as ANP, FNP, or GNP and ability to obtain DEA licensure.
• 3+ years of experience as an NP with background in acute and chronic disease management.

Scheduling

• Part-time role with 24 hours per week, including two 6-hour weeknight shifts and every other weekend day shifts.
• Overnight and holiday coverage are required, with 2 holiday shifts per year for part-time team members.
