Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Telehealth Medicine

Our team is expanding, and we are looking for compassionate, detail-oriented NP to support our providers and patients in a virtual environment. Position Overview: The Telehealth NP will play a key role in delivering excellent patient care through remote clinical support. This position involves, chart review, patient education, documentation, and coordination with physicians and care teams. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual setting. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual patient triage and assess patient symptoms. Review patient histories, charts, and medical documentation prior to provider consultations. Communicate with patients through phone, video, or secure messaging. Provide patient education and follow-up instructions. Coordinate patient care with physicians, specialists, and other clinical staff. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system. Escalate urgent or complex cases to the appropriate provider. Adhere to HIPAA, clinical protocols, and company compliance standards. Qualifications: Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (state-specific or compact). Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (telehealth experience preferred). Strong communication skills and excellent patient rapport. Comfortable with technology, EMR systems, and virtual care platforms. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks. Preferred Experience: Background in primary care, urgent care, internal medicine, or ambulatory settings. Previous telehealth or remote care experience. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Schedule & Compensation: Flexible scheduling options available (weekday, evening, and weekend shifts).
