What You'll Do
Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real nursing workflows Review and provide structured feedback on AI responses related to EHR documentation, clinical decision support, and patient data management Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe outputs in AI-generated healthcare content Draw on your hands-on experience with systems like Epic or Cerner to assess clinical realism and usability Translate nursing domain knowledge into clear, actionable feedback that improves AI model performance Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in nursing informatics or health IT Hands-on familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and clinical documentation workflows Strong ability to evaluate clinical content critically and communicate findings clearly Comfortable working with data, guidelines, and structured feedback formats Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
Nice to Have
Prior experience in data annotation, content evaluation, or clinical quality improvement Background in nursing education, informatics governance, or clinical systems implementation Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation workflows
