Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join a team. This is a fully remote position, with the option for a hybrid work arrangement.

Compensation

Package Salary: $70,000 - $85,000+ (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of up to 110 Nevada workers' compensation claims, including lost time and litigated files. Establish reserves and authorize payments within designated authority limits. Collaborate with clients to ensure claims are handled efficiently and in compliance with regulations. Utilize robust technology systems to document and process claims effectively. Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience handling Nevada workers' compensation/indemnity claims. Active Nevada Adjuster’s License is required. Must reside in the state of Nevada. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
