Online Curriculum Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging and effective online courses, including learning objectives, content, activities, and assessments.
- Create a variety of instructional materials such as video scripts, interactive modules, reading materials, and quizzes.
- Collaborate with reputed company matter experts to ensure content accuracy and pedagogical soundness.
- Incorporate best practices in instructional design and e-learning to enhance learner engagement and retention.
- Review and revise existing curriculum to ensure it remains current, relevant, and effective.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing online courses and e-learning content.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, reputed company Captivate).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines in a remote setting.
