We are seeking experienced, dedicated, and professional native-level English-speaking teachers who value reliability, consistency, and long-term cooperation. Job Details Position: Online ESL Teacher Location: Remote – Worldwide Teaching Platform: ClassIn Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM Beijing Time (BJT) Minimum Availability: Five days per week Lesson Format: One-on-one online English lessons

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, structured, and interactive English lessons tailored to students' individual learning needs. Follow provided teaching materials while adapting explanations and activities to different proficiency levels. Help students improve their speaking, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and critical-thinking skills. Encourage students to communicate confidently, express complete thoughts, and participate actively in lessons. Provide constructive corrections and submit accurate lesson feedback on the same day. Maintain punctuality, consistent attendance, thorough lesson preparation, and professional communication. Regularly review teaching schedules and follow established company policies and teaching procedures.
