Online Fitness Coach + Social Media Creator Partner (Male)

We pair structured fitness programming with small coaching cohorts — or Moais — where members get support from a real coach while staying accountable alongside a small group of people working toward similar goals. The Opportunity We’re looking for fitness coaches who are also content creators and want to scale their coaching beyond traditional 1:1 clients. As a Moai Coach, you’ll create and lead your own small coaching cohorts on the platform. Instead of having to choose between high-touch 1:1 coaching or low-touch content, Moai gives you a way to work with multiple groups of clients at once while still providing a personal coaching experience. For your audience, it creates a lower-cost way to actually work with you — not just follow your content. For you, it creates a new recurring revenue stream that can grow across multiple cohorts without requiring you to add the same amount of coaching time for every new client. What You’ll Do

• Launch a Moai built around your coaching style, specialty, or audience
• Introduce and promote your Moai through your existing content and community
• Coach small groups of members through the Moai platform
• Provide programming, accountability, feedback, and ongoing support
• Help members stay consistent and make progress toward their goals
• Grow into multiple cohorts as demand increases

Moai handles the platform, member experience, payments, and infrastructure so you can focus on coaching and building your community. Who We’re Looking For You’re a great fit if you:

• Are a qualified fitness coach or trainer
• Have an existing audience of 1,000+ followers on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or another social platform
• Already create fitness, health, wellness, or lifestyle content
• Enjoy coaching and building relationships with your community
• Are comfortable talking about and promoting your coaching offering to your audience
• Want to grow your coaching business without relying entirely on high-ticket 1:1 clients

You do not need a massive following. We care more about having an engaged audience that trusts you than having hundreds of thousands of followers. How You Make Money This is a revenue-sharing partnership. You earn a percentage of the recurring revenue generated by members who join your Moai. As your audience grows — or as more people from your existing audience join — you can open additional cohorts and increase your income without having to move everyone into 1:1 coaching. The goal is to give coaches a scalable middle ground between: Free content → Moai group coaching → Premium 1:1 coaching Your Moai can also become a funnel for members who eventually want to work with you more closely.
