Open Application

Job description

About Nexus Mods Established in 2001, Nexus Mods is the largest video game modding platform on the internet and a household name in the PC gaming ecosystem.

• 71M+ registered members
• 800K+ mods for 4,000+ games
• 21B+ mod downloads

We're currently focused on product modernisation, driving growth and building infrastructure for the next 10 years of community-powered modding.

Job requirements

We're growing, and we expect to be hiring across a number of teams throughout this year and next. Not every role we'll need exists yet, and some won't be advertised until much closer to when we need them. This Open Application is here for people who want to work at Nexus Mods but don't see a live vacancy that fits right now. If you apply here, we'll keep your details on file so that when a relevant role does open up, we can reach out directly rather than you having to keep checking back.

Job responsibilities

Tell us a bit about what you do, the kind of role you're looking for, and why Nexus Mods appeals to you. A CV and a short note both help. What happens next We review Open Applications regularly rather than on a fixed schedule. If a role comes up that looks like a good match, someone from our hiring team will get in touch. If nothing matches for a while, that's not a reflection on your application, it just means the right opening hasn't come up yet. We'll only hold onto your details for this purpose with your consent, and you're free to ask us to remove them at any time.

Job benefits

• We work a 4-day week of 32 hours, with no reduction in pay.
• An allowance of £25 each month to spend on video games.
• Employee Assistance Programme.
• Private BUPA healthcare for you and your family.
• A very flexible training budget.
• Regular social events throughout the year. Participation is optional!

Diversity and Inclusion We celebrate diversity and want you to bring your whole self to work. Supporting an incredible community of tens of millions of users, we thrive on engaging as many views as possible to improve our platform. We see no reason why our culture should be any different.

Submit a CV and short note describing your experience, desired role, and interest in Nexus Mods for consideration for future opportunities.
