Role Description The Operations Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and optimizing NANSENSE’s operational processes. This role involves collecting and analyzing data related to business performance, preparing reports, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. The Operations Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams, including finance, customer service, and technical staff, to streamline workflows and support decision-making. Daily tasks include monitoring key performance indicators, assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities, supporting customer service operations with data-driven insights, and helping maintain accurate documentation of procedures and standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data collection, evaluation, reporting, and process optimization. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present findings clearly to stakeholders. Candidates should possess Finance skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Candidates should possess Accounting skills to assist with reconciliations, reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to understand client needs and contribute to service improvements through operational insights. Relevant experience in operations, business analysis, or a related field is beneficial. Proficiency with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, and basic business software is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is advantageous. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines is important.
