Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect / Lead ConsultantLocation: RemoteTime Zone: Pacific Time (PST)Experience: 10 15 YearsWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect / Lead Consultant with strong expertise in end-to-end implementations, solution design, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM solution design and implementation.- Conduct requirements gathering, current-state assessments, and fit-gap analysis.- Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), configuration, testing, and deployment.- Drive solutions across Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Order Management, Logistics, PLM, and Procurement.- Lead onsite/offshore teams and coordinate project delivery.- Advise clients on Oracle SCM best practices and business processes.- Manage stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.Required Skills & Experience:- 10 15 years of consulting experience with full-cycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.- 10+ years of business experience in related functional areas.- Hands-on implementation experience in at least three SCM areas, such as Manufacturing, Costing, and Inventory Management.- Strong understanding of the Oracle Cloud SaaS implementation lifecycle.- Experience in requirements traceability, CRPs, configuration, testing, and deployment.- Oracle SCM or Procurement-related certification.- Proven team leadership and global onsite/offshore delivery experience.- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
