Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM & Time and Labor Techno-Functional Consultant to manage, configure, and support the Oracle Time and Labor module. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, manage support tickets, perform root cause analysis, and deliver system enhancements and extensions in collaboration with customers and subject matter experts. Key Responsibilities
Configure, manage, and support Oracle EBS HCM Time and Labor functionality. Set up and maintain timecard layouts, rules, categories, and workflows. Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and manage support tickets. Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions. Develop and support enhancements, extensions, and integrations. Work with HCM, Absence Management, and Payroll integrations. Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, and SMEs to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and business processes. Required Qualifications 6–8 years of experience with Oracle EBS technologies. Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HCM and Time and Labor. Experience configuring timecard layouts, rules, categories, and workflows. Working knowledge of SQL, Fast Formula, Oracle APEX, and Reports. Experience with integrations involving HCM, Absence Management, and Payroll. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
