Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst to support business requirements analysis, Oracle HCM functional processes, system implementation, testing and HR process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders to understand business needs, document functional requirements and support effective use of Oracle Fusion HCM.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document HR business and functional requirements. Support Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, configuration and enhancement activities. Assist with modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management and Payroll. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and process documentation. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and business teams to improve HR workflows. Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for system and operational improvements.
