Oracle HCM Benefits Functional ConsultantRemoteContractWe are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Benefits Functional Consultant to lead and support our Open Enrollment processes.The ideal candidate will be a super functional consultant with proven hands-on experience in at least 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM Benefits Open Enrollment implementations.Strong functional knowledge is essential and the more technical expertise you bring the better.ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver Oracle HCM Benefits Open Enrollment cycles (CRP SIT UAT production cutover).Configure and validate benefits plans eligibility rules and enrollment flows.Evaluate design and optimize Benefits Fast Formulas for Open Enrollment.Develop and validate HCM Extracts for benefits enrollment data sharing with carriers and downstream systems.Load and maintain plan information using HDL (HCM Data Loader).Collaborate closely with business stakeholders benefits administrators and cross-functional teams to ensure successful enrollment execution.Troubleshoot analyze and resolve Open Enrollment issues across functional and technical areas.Provide post-go-live support during Open Enrollment to ensure smooth user experience and compliance.Qualifications :Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Benefits Open Enrollment implementations.Deep functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Benefits module including plan setup eligibility profiles enrollment rules and dependent coverage.Strong experience with Benefits Fast Formulas HCM Extracts and HDL.Ability to analyze configure and customize Open Enrollment processes to meet business needs.Experience working with UAT SIT and CRP cycles for benefits plans.Functional-first profile; technical skills (Fast Formulas Extracts HDL) are a strong plus.Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.Li-BS1Key SkillsComputer Hardware,Bidding,Corporate Communications,Maintenance Engineering,Arabic English TranslationEmployment Type :Full-timeExperience :yearsVacancy :1.
