Oracle Redwood Assessment & Implementation Lead (SME)

Role: Oracle Redwood Assessment & Implementation Lead (SME) Location: Remote Long Term Contract Role Overview We are looking for a visionary Oracle Redwood UX & Application Implementation SME to lead client assessments, architecture design, and strategic roadmaps for the new Oracle Redwood user experience. In this role, you will partner directly with our sales and pursuit teams to demonstrate the power of Redwood, assess client readiness, and lead implementation strategies for Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect Engagement & Presales: Lead discovery calls, capability demonstrations, and technical workshops to showcase Oracle Redwood's capabilities to prospective clients. Assessment & Roadmap: Conduct comprehensive client assessments of current Oracle footprints (EBS/Cloud) to define a clear, high-value Redwood migration and adoption roadmap. UX Strategy & Extensibility: Advise clients on leveraging Oracle Visual Builder (VB Studio) and Redwood design components for custom extensions and workflows. Implementation Leadership: Act as the ultimate authority on Redwood standards, best practices, and user experience adoption during early-stage deal structuring and delivery. Key Qualifications & Skills 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, or SCM) with deep expertise in UI/UX architecture. Proven hands-on or architectural experience with Oracle Redwood Design System and Visual Builder (VB Studio). Exceptional client-facing presentation and storytelling skills, with a track record of driving software deals or enterprise transformations. Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud updates, extensibility frameworks, and user adoption strategies.
