Outbound Sales Representative

Overview - Earn a base salary plus commission that can double your monthly pay, selling in your own language for a US company. - Midsouth Hotel Supply is a US wholesale supplier of linens, amenities, and furnishings to hotels and motels across the Southeast and Mid South. - Most of our customers and prospects are Gujarati speaking hotel owners, so we need someone who can build real trust on the phone in Gujarati and English. - We are a small, motivated, tech forward team on cloud software, and this role is 100% remote. - You work directly for a US company with US leadership one message away, and your role grows as we grow. Why this role is worth your attention - Starting base pay of 50,000 INR per month - Commission on every account you convert, paid when the order is paid. - Strong performers can double their monthly pay with commission - Commission starts after a 90 day probation, and probation ends as soon as you convert 5 new accounts in a month - Paid vacation and sick leave - Real US sales experience, with full training and SOPs for everything you do - You work day to day with our Business Development Lead, who coaches you and shares what works - A role that molds around your strengths. Learn fast and you can grow into marketing, customer onboarding, and more - A small, young team with no corporate layers, aiming for world class results What you will do - Call hospitality businesses in English and Gujarati, 50 to 100 calls a day - Use our SOPs, AI, and other tools to build your own lead lists, then import them into Zoho CRM and work them yourself - Book sample boxes, follow up, and turn leads into customers - Log everything in Zoho CRM, using Zoho Mail and RingCentral What success looks like - Convert 5 new accounts a month to finish probation - Grow to 15 to 25 new accounts a month - You are judged on results you own: calls and follow ups, sample boxes booked, and conversion rate. Not on hours at a desk Your schedule - Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm US Central, which is a night shift in India. Please apply only if you are comfortable with that long term. You will love this job if you - Have real outbound calling or inside sales experience - Speak very strong English with a clear, neutral accent - Speak fluent Gujarati and are comfortable selling in it (strongly preferred, since most of our customers speak it) - Are self motivated and want your results to speak for you - Learn new tools quickly and don't mind wearing more than one hat - Have hospitality or wholesale experience (a plus) This is not for you if - You want a relaxed job with no targets - You aren't comfortable working a night shift - You want a fixed job description that never changes - You need someone to hand you a lead list every day What you need - A reliable computer and internet, a quiet space, a headset, and a webcam. - All meetings are remote and on camera.
