Job Description

The Owner's Rep - Project Manager - Corporate Interiors will be responsible for: Leading multiple projects end-to-end, from preconstruction/advisory through closeout Acting as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout lifecycle Managing scope, schedule, budget, procurement, and overall project delivery Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies Overseeing contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment and execution Running project meetings and provide detailed reporting to stakeholders Reviewing and approve contracts, change orders, and financial documentation Mentoring and support junior team members while driving team performance Contributing to business development by building relationships and identifying new opportunities Supporting proposals, client presentations, and pursuit strategies MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The Owner's Rep - Project Manager - Corporate Interiors should have: 5+ years of construction/project management or owner's rep experience Strong background delivering corporate office/interiors projects (tech, law, etc.) Proven ability to lead projects independently from concept to completion Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (3-6 at a time) Established AEC network with demonstrated ability to bring in new work Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing and mentoring teams Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contracts Degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred PMP or CCM certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to travel to project sites and attend client meetings as required What's on Offer The Owner's Rep - Project Manager - Corporate Interiors may receive: Competitive base salary: $110k - $140k Annual performance-based bonus tied to revenue and metrics 20 days PTO + 12 paid holidays 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision (employee) 401(k) with 4% company match Mileage + cell phone reimbursement Paid professional development and certifications $500 home office technology allowance Hybrid work model (Friday remote) Contact Isabel Seebold Quote job ref JN-092026-7108706 Experience: 5 years required
