PACE Admissions RN | $50.29 – $66.27/hr Requirements to Apply Minimum 1 year of RN experience in home health or community health serving frail or elderly populations Active California RN license Current BLS certification Ability to conduct in-home assessments in San Diego and Imperial County as needed PACE Admissions RN opportunity on an 8-week temporary contract, Monday through Friday, supporting frail and elderly participants through community-based care. Job Overview Conduct Level of Care assessments and in-home evaluations, coordinate home care services, manage DME needs, and support participant care.
