This opportunity is particularly well suited for a recently retired law enforcement Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, Commander, or similarly experienced public safety professional who is ready to begin an exciting new chapter. As the provider of the MVB3X Modular Vehicle Barrier System in the United States, AST works closely with law enforcement agencies, municipalities, emergency management organizations, and public safety professionals nationwide to help protect communities, public gatherings, and critical infrastructure. About the Position Our Pacific Northwest Regional Manager will be responsible for developing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing AST throughout an eight-state territory. This is a full-time, remote/field-based position offering professional independence, meaningful work, excellent earning potential, and the support of a rapidly growing national organization. 📍 Preferred Location: Washington or Oregon 🌎 Territory: WA, OR, Northern CA, ID, MT, WY, ND, SD ✈️ Travel: Approximately 30% Who We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated, personable, and outgoing professional who: Has a strong background in law enforcement leadership, public safety operations, or emergency management. Enjoys building relationships and connecting with fellow public safety professionals. Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills. Is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently. Has an entrepreneurial mindset and is excited about developing new business opportunities. Is looking for a dedicated, full-time second career with long-term growth potential. Prior sales experience is not required. We believe the right individual with a strong public safety background, professional relationships, and a desire to succeed can thrive in this role.
