Paralegal

To support the Legal Department, the full-time remote Paralegal will manage content and contract reviews, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation while providing legal guidance to internal stakeholders and external partners. Key responsibilities Review internal and external content for legal and regulatory compliance, providing recommendations to mitigate risks Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, analyzing contractual terms to protect the company's interests Conduct legal research and assist with policy development to promote compliance and efficiency across the organization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate or equivalent formal training strongly preferred Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content review within a legal, compliance, or corporate environment At least 7 years of progressive experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements applicable to marketing and commercial transactions Proficiency with contract management systems and legal research tools, along with excellent legal writing and analytical skills Experience: 5 years required
