Responsibilities

Develop document-review exercises, research tasks, and procedural scenarios that challenge AI models Evaluate and validate model responses for accuracy and adherence to legal procedure Collaborate with legal and technical experts to calibrate difficulty and coverage

Required Qualifications

Paralegal certificate or equivalent professional experience Experience in litigation support, corporate, or transactional practice Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience across multiple practice areas Familiarity with e-discovery and legal research platforms Notary or additional legal certifications are a plus
