We’re growing our team and looking for a detail-driven analyst to conduct background investigations on a flexible, part-time schedule. What you’ll do Research individuals and businesses connected to insurance claims using public records, county property appraiser and clerk of court sites, licensing databases, and open-source intelligence Run database searches and verify every lead against source documents Capture and organize records, property photos, and social media profiles to our file standards Write clear, factual background reports our carrier clients can rely on Who thrives here Former or retired crime, intelligence, or investigative analysts from law enforcement or state agencies Military veterans with intelligence, military police, or investigative experience Former insurance claims or SIU support professionals Paralegals experienced with court and property records What we’re looking for Florida resident with reliable internet and your own computer Strong writing and an eye for detail Comfort working independently and meeting deadlines Florida Class C or CC license preferred, or willingness to obtain one What you get Fully remote, 15–20 hours a week, on your schedule Meaningful work that helps fight insurance fraud in Florida A small, mission-driven team led by a CIFI-certified Army veteran To apply, send your resume and a short note about your research experience to [email protected] with the subject line “Background Investigations Analyst.”
