Work Schedule and Hours This is a flexible, part-time opportunity, with scheduling dependent on the needs of the assigned agency. For the current assignment with Confluence, the primary need is vacation coverage for its US-based coding team. Ideally, the selected coder should be available for approximately 8 hours during US business hours to ensure adequate coverage and alignment with the agency’s operating schedule. Other assignments may have different scheduling requirements. Project Duration This is an open-ended engagement, depending on ongoing demand for US-based medical coders.
